Vestra Launch

Turn the possibility into a business.

From “what should I sell?” to a storefront ready for customers. We build the research, positioning and commerce foundation around a clear direction.

The challenge

Launching is a hundred decisions, all connected.

What you sell shapes your store. Your store shapes your operations. Get the early decisions right and everything after gets easier.

01

Choosing what to sell

Picking a product on instinct is risky. Demand, competition, margins and sourcing all matter before you commit money.

02

Too many moving parts

Storefront, catalog, payments, shipping and analytics each depend on the others, and gaps show up at checkout.

03

Launch is only the start

A store that isn’t set up for day-to-day operations and growth gets harder to run the day it goes live.

What we help with

Launch, with the right support at every step.

Product & market discovery

Explore categories, demand signals, competitors, suppliers and commercial considerations before choosing a direction.

Positioning & brand direction

Clarify the audience, product offer and buying experience so the business has a coherent story.

Storefront development

Build a Shopify or WooCommerce storefront around your products, customer journey and agreed requirements.

Product & catalog setup

Structure product information, attributes, images and descriptions into a catalog that’s easy to shop and manage.

Commerce infrastructure

Coordinate agreed payment, shipping, analytics and essential integrations. Third-party approvals and charges remain separate.

Marketplace preparation

Prepare selected products and channel-specific listings for the marketplaces that fit your launch strategy.

What you walk away with

A business that’s ready to sell, not just a website.

A Launch engagement ends with more than a live URL. You get a clear direction, a working store and a plan for what happens next.

What happens after launch
Typical launch deliverablesConfirmed individually in your proposal

  • Positioning and brand direction for your offer
  • A Shopify or WooCommerce storefront built around your customer journey
  • A structured, launch-ready product catalog
  • Agreed payment, shipping and analytics setup, coordinated with your providers

You want to build an online business but haven’t chosen a product yet. Discovery comes first.

An idea worth testing

You want the market, competition and economics checked before you invest further.

Marketplace sellers going direct

You already sell on marketplaces and want a storefront of your own alongside them.

Launch questions

Before we begin.

Do I need a product before we begin?

No. Discovery can be part of your scope if you need help finding a direction. If you already have a product, we can focus on positioning and the infrastructure around it.

Shopify or WooCommerce: which should I choose?

It depends on your products, catalog, budget, integrations and how you plan to run the business. We talk through the trade-offs during scoping and confirm the platform in your proposal.

How is Launch priced?

We provide an individual quote based on the deliverables, channels, catalog size, integrations and level of ongoing involvement. Your proposal confirms fees, billing, responsibilities and scope before work begins.

How long does a launch take?

Timing depends on the deliverables, catalog, integrations, your readiness and any third-party approvals. The timeline and its dependencies are set out in your proposal.

Are platform and app costs included?

Platform subscriptions, apps, payment-processing fees, inventory and similar business costs are separate from Vestra’s fees unless expressly included in your written proposal.

Can Launch work alongside other Vestra services?

Yes. Launch, Operate and Grow can be scoped separately or combined. A launch project doesn’t automatically include ongoing management or advertising; those are agreed explicitly.
